- Empathy and understanding of the issues that impact our student population pertaining to the LGBT community.
- Willingness to promote the club and its mission throughout the school and community.
JOB GOAL
To provide a safe and supportive environment for LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transexual) youth and their straight allies. Promote understanding and acceptance of all throughout the school and community through this club and its members.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Facilitate weekly meetings to allow for confidential discussions addressing the needs of the LGBT school community.
- Organize fundraisers and other activities to promote our group and mission.
- Assist members of the club in advocating for others in the school and community.
