As a Security Officer Driver Incident Response in Allentown, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Security Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Full Time Pay Rate:
$20.22 / Hour Access Control/Badge Experience (B201) Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. Alarm Panel Experience (B202) Familiarity with alarm panel operations is required for relevant positions. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) Proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks is essential. Customer Service Experience (B219) Previous experience in customer service roles is necessary to ensure a high level of client interaction. Lift More Than 20 lbs (B209) Candidates must be physically capable of lifting items weighing more than 20 pounds as part of their job responsibilities. Loss Prevention (B210) Experience in loss prevention strategies and practices is preferred for applicable roles. 21+ Years of Age (C101) Applicants must be at least 21 years old to comply with company policies and legal requirements.   • AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123) A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving as part of the job duties, in accordance with AUS driver policy requirements.

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, access points, processing areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access control points, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor and contractor records, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Prepare clear incident reports, document daily activities, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
