Duties Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems (CCTV) to detect suspicious activity and ensure continuous site security Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas, to prevent unauthorized access and theft Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees, controlling access points efficiently and professionally Respond swiftly to alarms or emergency situations by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Perform first aid and CPR if required, providing immediate assistance in medical emergencies Manage conflict situations with tact and professionalism, de-escalating potential threats or disputes effectively Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports for record-keeping and future reference Skills Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation for effective monitoring Experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable for handling complex situations Certification in first aid and CPR to provide emergency medical assistance confidently Excellent conflict management skills to handle tense situations calmly and professionally Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to deter theft and vandalism Ability to quickly assess risks and respond appropriately in high-pressure scenarios Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and legal regulations related to security operations Join us as a Security Guard and be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining safety with energy, professionalism, and integrity.
