Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid. Enforce security policies and procedures while managing conflicts with professionalism and calmness. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; ongoing training is encouraged. Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems. Knowledge of conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies. Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public. Familiarity with security protocols, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response procedures.
