First Responder-Part-time

Shift:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:00pm-10:00pm The Heritage at Lowman Retirement Community is a faith-based non-profit organization looking for compassionate, caring professionals whodedicate themselves to providing quality care and promoting the highest in customer service. Located in the Midlands of South Carolina near the shores of beautiful Lake Murray, the Heritage at Lowman is a growing, robust community of active senior adults. We are currently seeking a Part-time First Responder The First Responder is responsible for providing security support during the evenings. The Security functions include, but not limited to, locking vacated buildings, patrolling entire campus grounds, scheduled walkthroughs of various occupied buildings, escorting emergency vehicles that arrive on campus to designated building(s) or area, escorting or transporting Nursing Staff to emergency locations.

Qualifications:

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years in Security related field preferred and must possess skills to perform basic electrical work, carpentry and plumbing. Must have a valid South Carolina driver's license Must be able to lift, push, pull and move equipment in excess of 50 pounds.
