PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor and delivery access, and report unusual activity or access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations at the location with professionalism, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Support daily operations at a logistics and distribution location by maintaining post records, following key control or badge procedures, and assisting with traffic flow for vehicles and deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and a rustic guard shack. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
