Duties Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Perform routine patrols of the property to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential hazards or unauthorized access. Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by following established procedures, including providing first aid or CPR if necessary. Enforce loss prevention measures by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting any suspicious behavior to appropriate authorities. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks to ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents to support effective resolution. Requirements Proven ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and experience with conflict management techniques. Certifications or training in first aid, CPR, or law enforcement procedures are highly desirable. Prior experience in security, military service, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and visitors. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations is a plus.
