PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, healthcare location policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, coordinating with clinical staff, emergency responders, and/or law enforcement when appropriate. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of healthcare buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and assist with managing visitor flow throughout the healthcare location. Maintain required armed-officer qualifications, follow firearm handling protocols, and prepare clear reports documenting incidents, observations, and response actions.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess an armed guard card or license. Have at least six months of armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
