Duties Maintain a vigilant presence at designated security posts, monitoring entry points. Conduct thorough surveillance using security technology to identify suspicious activity or potential threats. Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and personnel through proper identification procedures before granting access. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, conflicts, or security breaches, utilizing skills such as first aid and CPR. Enforce security policies and procedures while managing conflicts professionally and calmly to de-escalate situations. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external assistance. Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance documentation accurately for record-keeping and future reference. Requirements 2 years security/law enforcment or military background! will require an extensive and clean background check! Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong conflict management skills. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, visitors, and emergency responders. Knowledge of security protocols, legal regulations related to armed security operations, and conflict resolution methods.
