Pay:

Up to $20.00 per hour Responsibilities Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry. Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential hazards, security breaches, or safety violations. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for reporting and record-keeping purposes. Requirements This is entry level but we expect you to be trainable in our security protocols. Guard card not required, yet those with guard cards will receive pay raises commensurate with training. Strong understanding of conflict management strategies to handle difficult situations effectively. Ability to stay alert during long shifts while maintaining high levels of vigilance. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public.
