Referral rewards program SOC Analyst Tier I - $24.00/hr (What you will do): Monitor and analyze alarms, access control, and intrusion systems to identify true threats and reduce false positives Audit and review security systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements Coordinate and dispatch resources during security incidents, serving as the primary communication hub Lead communication during crisis events, including preparedness alerts and business continuity actions Support commissioning, testing, and configuration of new or upgraded security systems Compile documentation and evidence for reports, audits, and investigations Refine security procedures based on evolving threats and operational needs SOC Analyst (Special Projects) Tier II (What you will do): In this critical role, you will oversee high-priority special projects focused on the operational integrity of strategic client assets. This mission-critical position demands advanced technical proficiency and exceptional problem-solving skills to effectively manage real-time monitoring, dispatching, and incident reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Monitoring & Dispatch:
Conduct real-time monitoring of strategic client assets, coordinate dispatch operations, and generate comprehensive incident reports.
Operational Logging:
Execute concurrent administrative duties during active monitoring, including accurately annotating scheduled checks and verifying routine maintenance logs.
Complex Problem Solving:
Apply strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and navigate complex challenges as they arise.
Technical Execution:
Leverage advanced computer skills to operate specialized software systems and ensure the flawless execution of high-stakes projects
YOUR BACKGROUND
At least 18 years of age or older High school education or equivalent (GED) Legally authorized to work in the United States Have a solid/stable work history. Participate in pre-employment screening process. Security, Dispatch, and Data Center experience is a PLUS. State Security License or ability to obtain one.
