SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Exercises direct supervision over assigned Contract Security Officers and provides leadership and direction regarding daily security operations, post assignments, performance, training, and compliance. Provides management with information regarding the operational status of assigned posts and personnel. Serves as the senior supervisory representative during assigned hours and is responsible for addressing operational issues within the scope of assigned authority.COMPETENCY
