Overview Join our dynamic security team as an Armed Security Guard, dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment during weekend shifts. As a vital part of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring premises, managing conflict situations, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Responsibilities Patrol designated areas regularly to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety.. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies with appropriate action and communication. Conduct thorough inspections of personnel, visitors, and vendors entering the premises. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and de-escalation techniques to maintain order. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behaviors and preventing theft or vandalism. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to address incidents effectively. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred. Valid certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications such as conflict management or surveillance are advantageous. Ability to remain alert and attentive during extended periods of standing or patrolling. Strong communication skills with the ability to document incidents clearly and accurately. Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and confidence. Physical fitness suitable for patrolling various environments and responding swiftly when needed.
