As a Security Guard, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring the safety and security of everyone on-site, utilizing your skills in law enforcement, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response to create a secure atmosphere. Duties Monitor premises continuously using CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols to identify potential security threats or irregularities Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR Enforce security policies through conflict management techniques while maintaining professionalism and calmness in tense situations Conduct thorough inspections of individuals and packages to prevent theft or loss prevention breaches Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring external assistance Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for reporting and record-keeping purposes Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques Strong understanding of security protocols and emergency response procedures Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining focus on surveillance tasks Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, visitors, and authorities Physical fitness to perform patrols, stand for long durations, and respond quickly when needed Join us if you're passionate about creating safe environments!
