Security Officer PositionsRover:

Foot patrol officers are responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior.

Dispatch:

The SOC Operator is responsible for monitoring security systems, coordinating emergencies, compiling daily reports, replying to email and phone inquiries, and general workplace duties as needed. The candidate needs to be comfortable in a fast‑paced, growing environment. Superior communication and multi‑tasking skills are strongly desired. A professional yet approachable personality, who can make sound decisions through training with limited supervision, will excel in our environment.

ResponsibilitiesAcknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous mannerManage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessaryVerify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehiclesDocument and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor's arrivalAssist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and proceduresMonitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft or other criminal behaviorMonitor surveillance cameras and alarmsPatrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risksWarn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited itemsRespond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first respondersIdentify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely mannerEnsure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followedOther duties to be determined by managementQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age or olderHigh school degree or equivalentTN Guard Card preferred, or the ability to obtain a TN Guard CardProfessional demeanor and appearanceBasic computer skillsMust be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasksStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Minimum of one year of customer service or security service experienceMust be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug)This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
