You'll be joining a dependable, security-focused team that takes its mission seriously, holds each other accountable, and takes pride in keeping every site safe and compliant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas and report suspicious, unsafe, or non-compliant activity.
Examine doors, windows, gates, and access points to ensure proper security.
Inform and warn individuals of security or safety rule violations.
Provide approved escort services for visitors, vendors, staff, and contractors.
Review and approve visitor access and delivery requests in accordance with site requirements.
Provide first aid, CPR, and AED response as required.
Meet, greet, and interact professionally with employees, clients, hosts, and the public.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to escorting and security activities.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners as needed.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Promptly report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues to management.
Participate in required training sessions, safety briefings, and security updates.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs. Required Qualifications Current DOE Q Clearance , or have held a DOE Q Clearance within the past two years and be eligible for reinstatement.
U.S. Citizenship required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to qualify for the Human Reliability Program (HRP), if required.
Current 40-Hour
Valid driver's license.
Ability to arrive on time in proper uniform with required issued equipment.
Ability to follow and carry out general and special post orders.
Ability to communicate clearly via radio, telephone, and in person.
Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written instructions.
Ability to clearly communicate instructions in English to escorted personnel.
Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and sound judgment under stress.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.

Position Summary The Cleared Escort is a trusted and authorized professional responsible for ensuring the protection of security interests and safeguards within designated Limited Areas (LA). This role supports site security by escorting uncleared personnel, monitoring compliance with safety and security requirements, and enforcing established policies and procedures.
