Job Description
V olunteer Security is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officers and Supervisors to ensure a safe environment for all personnel and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in law enforcement or military service, and the ability to effectively manage conflicts. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Monitor surveillance systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities or incidents. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify security risks and implement corrective measures. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns or incidents. Develop and maintain incident reports, ensuring accurate documentation of all security-related events. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry or related fields such as law enforcement, corrections or military service. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
