Job Summary Site Security OfficerThe Site Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe, orderly, and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff through professional security presence, monitoring of traffic activity, enforcement of park rules, and timely response to incidents. Security services are intended to deter criminal activity, maintain discipline within the park community, and assist management in preserving the peaceful enjoyment of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Entry and exit roadwaysInternal park roadwaysRV lots and parking areasRecreational areas and communal facilitiesLaundry rooms and restroom facilitiesAdministrative and maintenance buildingsPerimeter boundaries where accessible
Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Ability to operate vehicles safely.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to work extended shifts, rotating schedules, nights, weekends, and holidays.
