Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Incident Reporting in Allen, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will interact professionally with shoppers, employees, and visitors, communicate observations, and support a welcoming environment. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required. Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations to help deter unauthorized activity and support a welcoming retail environment. Assist with access control, crowd management, and directions for visitors during routine operations, promotional events, and high-traffic periods.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortably use a computer or tablet, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
