Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events with clarity and accuracy. Perform background checks on new employees or visitors as part of the screening process to maintain a secure environment. Utilize law enforcement techniques when necessary to de-escalate conflicts or manage disruptive behavior effectively. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting when required for security equipment or incident management while adhering to safety standards. Skills Proven experience with surveillance tools such as CCTV systems and access control platforms. Strong background in law enforcement or military service with knowledge of security protocols and compliance regulations. Excellent conflict de-escalation skills combined with conflict management expertise to handle tense situations professionally. Ability to perform first aid procedures including CPR and AED operation confidently in emergency scenarios. Skilled in incident report writing with attention to detail for accurate documentation of events. Physical fitness for patrolling duties involving walking, standing long periods, and heavy lifting when necessary.
