Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Observe and report any unusual behavior or security breaches using CCTV surveillance systems Manage access control by verifying identification and authorizations for visitors, contractors, and employees Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks in accordance with company procedures Assist with loss prevention efforts by monitoring for theft or vandalism and alerting appropriate personnel Support emergency response efforts by providing first aid or CPR if necessary and coordinating with law enforcement when required Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and experience with loss prevention techniques Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Familiarity with security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response procedures Excellent observational skills with attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone feels protected and valued. Pay:
