Job Description

Job Overview VETS Securing America (VSA) is seeking Armed Security Officers for a new government contract in Brownsville, Texas. We are looking for dependable, professional, and vigilant security personnel who can maintain a safe and secure environment while providing exceptional service. All shifts are available , including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay $18.00 per hour Responsibilities Maintain a secure environment for personnel, visitors, and property. Conduct patrols on foot and/or in assigned areas. Monitor and report suspicious activities or security concerns. Communicate effectively using two-way radios. Complete accurate incident and activity reports. Follow all site-specific post orders and company procedures. Respond professionally to emergencies and security incidents. Minimum Qualifications Required Credentials Candidates must possess:
MUST HAVE
Armed Security License/Card!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Firearm Proficiency Certification MMPI Certification Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or Equivalent Smartphone for communication and scheduling purposes Experience & Skills Minimum of 1 year of Armed Security Officer experience. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively operate a two-way radio. Reliable, dependable, and flexible with scheduling. Professional appearance and demeanor. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and sit for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Capable of maintaining alertness throughout assigned shifts.
