The ideal candidate will be responsible, observant, and able to remain calm and focused while working independently. You would be joining an inclusive and welcoming team of staff on our property at GreenTree Hotel & Extended Stay Channelview.

Shift Hours:

10:30 PM - 6:30 AM Responsibilities Monitor the property and maintain a visible security presence throughout the overnight shift Conduct regular patrols of the hotel, parking areas, entrances, and designated areas Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious or unusual activity Ensure doors, gates, and restricted areas are properly secured Respond promptly and professionally to security concerns, emergencies, and guest incidents Assist guests when needed while maintaining appropriate security procedures Document incidents, observations, and overnight activities accurately Communicate with management and front desk staff regarding any concerns or incidents Contact emergency services when necessary and follow established emergency procedures Help maintain a quiet, safe, and comfortable environment for overnight guests Complete required overnight security checks and shift reports Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout the shift Qualifications Previous security, hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently overnight Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to walk, stand, and conduct regular property patrols throughout the shift Basic computer skills and ability to complete written or electronic incident reports Bilingual English & Spanish abilities are highly valued Must be available to work 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM , including weekends and holidays as needed Join our team and help us provide a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff throughout the night.
