Security Officer Level II

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Officer Level II to join our dynamic security team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities by implementing advanced security protocols, conducting surveillance, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your expertise in law enforcement, conflict management, and emergency response will ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets. Responsibilities Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV to oversee activity within the premises and identify potential security threats. Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety compliance. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Manage access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, verifying identities and issuing credentials. Enforce security policies through conflict management techniques while maintaining professionalism and composure. Perform first aid and CPR when necessary to assist individuals in distress until professional help arrives. Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records for accountability and review purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in security operations or law enforcement roles; military background is a plus. Knowledge of surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems and loss prevention strategies. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Familiarity with security procedures, law enforcement protocols, and emergency response planning. Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods while remaining alert and attentive. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and external agencies efficiently.
