As a Armed Security Guard Full Time Elite Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to situations with professionalism. This driving position requires a valid driver's license and Level III Armed Certification. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture through teamwork.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to store personnel, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate responders as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, receiving docks, parking areas, perimeter, and other designated spaces. Monitor for suspicious activity, theft-related concerns, unauthorized access, and policy violations; document observations and report incidents to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Maintain readiness of assigned equipment, complete required reports, and interact professionally with law enforcement, emergency personnel, employees, and members of the public.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years of armed security-related experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
