Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and support controlled entry procedures for employees, contractors, deliveries, and guests. Assist with incident response, medical calls, and/or evacuation support, and maintain readiness to follow post orders and authorized use-of-force guidelines when assigned to an armed role.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required. An armed guard card and/or license is required. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
