As an Armed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and armed guard card/license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution terminal location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of terminal buildings, access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access control points and verify credentials, vehicle documentation, and visitor authorization in accordance with site-specific requirements. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and other security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess an armed guard card or license. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
