Job Description As a Security Officer Access Control Driver Role in Deer Park, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support daily site operations with strong customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, managing access control points, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries, checking credentials, authorizations, and required documentation for a regulated industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing access points, restricted areas, and critical infrastructure to help to deter unauthorized activity. Communicate with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding post orders, access issues, and/or changing conditions that could affect daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A TSA issued TWIC is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
