PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Maintain a professional armed presence and conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter theft, trespassing, and other prohibited activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established armed-post protocols and escalation procedures. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; identify suspicious behavior and/or policy violations; and promptly report security-related concerns. Document patrol activity and incidents accurately, and coordinate with store leadership, emergency responders, and/or law enforcement when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas. A state

• county
• or city-issued security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
