Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, including conflicts or emergencies, ensuring safety for all involved Manage access control by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Valid certification in first aid and CPR; additional certifications such as conflict management or loss prevention are a plus Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure Knowledge of security protocols, law enforcement procedures, and emergency response strategies Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods while maintaining alertness Commitment to upholding safety standards with integrity and attention to detail Embark on a career where your vigilance makes a difference!
