Job Description
Hiring Immediately
- Must have a current Texas Guard Card on the day of hire
- Must be available 24 / 7 for all El Paso areas
We are seeking a Flex Security Officer Unarmed to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons in various locations. (Hours are as needed - not guaranteed)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
- Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
- Previous experience in customer service (i.e. answering / transferring phone calls)
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing the English language for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Pass a background check
- Must be willing to work all shifts including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass our Pre-Employment screening, including drug test,
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a current Texas Security Officer License
