Responsibilities:
  • Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
  • Patrol assigned areas, both on foot and by vehicle, to ensure the safety and security of property and personnel.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing assistance as needed.
  • Conduct security checks and inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured.
  • Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches to supervisors.
  • Maintain detailed records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and security patrols.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by visitors, employees, and contractors.
  • Provide courteous assistance and directions to visitors and staff.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, or other agencies as required.
  • Remain vigilant and alert at all times to ensure a safe environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
  • Must pass background checks and meet all licensing requirements.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
