Job Description
Andy Frain Services seeks a professional Security Officer to protect guests, staff, and assets within our hospitality and travel clients' properties. In this highly visible role, you will conduct patrols, manage access control, monitor CCTV and alarms, and respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, sound judgment. You will deliver exceptional customer service, enforce site policies, and prepare accurate reports. Responsibilities Perform foot and vehicle patrols of hospitality properties to deter theft, vandalism, and safety hazards. Control access to facilities, verify identification, and manage visitor and contractor entry. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, responding promptly to suspicious activity or security breaches. Respond to medical and security emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement and EMS. Document incidents, prepare clear written reports, and preserve evidence as required. Provide courteous assistance to guests and staff, giving directions and information as needed. Enforce property rules and regulations while using de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts. Conduct safety inspections, identify risks, and report maintenance or safety issues. Support evacuation, emergency drills, and incident command procedures. Collaborate with hotel and travel staff to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
