PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
Monitor and control access to designated areas by verifying credentials, managing visitor entry, and maintaining accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entrances, restricted areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
Report observations, incidents, and access control activities promptly and accurately using required documentation and communication procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
This site has limited on-site facilities, such as portable toilets and a rustic guard shack.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
