8/3/26 through 9/7/26 Overview Join our dynamic security team as a Monday through Friday Pool Monitoring Security Officer, overseeing the safety and security of outdoor pool areas during evening hours. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure a secure environment by actively monitoring exterior premises, managing surveillance systems, and providing excellent customer service to pool visitors. Your vigilance and technical skills will help maintain a safe, enjoyable space for all guests while supporting overall property security operations. Duties Conduct continuous surveillance of outdoor pool areas Communicate effectively with team members and emergency responders via internal communication channels or phone to report incidents or concerns promptly. Observe and enforce pool rules and safety protocols, assisting visitors as needed to promote a safe environment. Prepare detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance documentation accurately, including descriptions of events and actions taken. Respond swiftly to any emergencies or conflicts, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations professionally. Maintain a high level of customer service by engaging courteously with guests and providing clear information when necessary. Skills Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to coordinate effectively with team members and report incidents clearly. Ability to handle phone communication professionally Conflict management skills to handle disputes calmly while maintaining safety standards.
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
