AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor incoming calls, alarms, cameras, and communication systems; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders in accordance with established protocols. Receive, document, prioritize, and communicate incident information, service requests, and critical operational updates in a calm, problem-solving manner. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor and vehicle information, and other required records in accordance with site procedures. Coordinate with site personnel, contractors, and responding agencies to support timely communication and response to incidents and critical situations.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A TSA-issued TWIC is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
