Unarmed Flex Security Guard -
Texas Pay Rate:
Starting at $18.00 per hour
Employment Type:
Full-Time / Part-Time Available We are currently seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Requirements:
Valid Texas Level II Security License (Required) Reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Must be punctual and dependable Ability to complete accurate and detailed DARs (Daily Activity Reports) Ability to follow site-specific policies and procedures
Job Duties:
Perform access control duties and monitor authorized entry points Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity reports Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional manner Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff Enforce site policies and procedures Monitor for suspicious activity and safety concerns Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and management as needed
