Job Description
Steady Work. Real Responsibility. All Shifts. Performance One Security is hiring armed security professionals to protect a 24/7 storage facility in Mansfield, TX. Who We Are Performance One Security is a Level III Armed Security firm serving the DFW Metroplex with a reputation built on professionalism, integrity, and results. We protect the people, property, and assets our clients trust us with — and we do it with officers who show up ready to work. What You'll Be Doing Maintain a visible, professional presence at a secure storage facility operating around the clock Monitor and control access at entry and exit points, verifying authorization for all individuals entering the property Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior of the facility Observe and report suspicious activity, unauthorized access attempts, or policy violations Monitor surveillance systems and alarm response protocols Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing through active patrol and presence Respond calmly and professionally to incidents on the property Coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary Complete accurate, detailed incident and activity reports at the end of each shift Enforce facility rules and access policies consistently across all hours of operation What You Bring Valid Texas Level III Armed Security License (required — no exceptions) Prior armed security, loss prevention, or law enforcement experience preferred Ability to work independently for extended periods with minimal supervision Strong observational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional — this is a post that depends on you showing up Comfortable working all shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays Must clear background check and drug screening Bonus Points For Experience at storage, warehouse, logistics, or industrial facility sites Familiarity with surveillance systems and access control technology Knowledge of Texas security regulations and reporting requirements First Aid / CPR certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Why Performance One Security Stable, long-term post assignment — no bouncing around between sites All shifts available — days, evenings, and overnight A company that's growing across DFW with real opportunities to advance Leadership that respects the work you do How to Apply Click Apply Now to submit your resume.
