In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for safeguarding personnel, property, and assets by implementing comprehensive security measures. Your expertise in law enforcement principles, surveillance techniques, and conflict management will ensure a secure environment for everyone on site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to serve as a frontline protector while utilizing your specialized skills in emergency response, loss prevention, and security operations. Responsibilities Monitor and control access points using CCTV systems and physical checks to prevent unauthorized entry Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Enforce security policies by managing conflicts calmly and professionally, ensuring a safe environment for staff and visitors Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance in medical emergencies Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behavior and deterring theft or vandalism Skills Proven experience in security operations with a strong understanding of law enforcement procedures Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management techniques Proficiency in surveillance technology including CCTV systems and other monitoring tools Knowledge of loss prevention tactics and security best practices Background in military or law enforcement service is highly advantageous Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts Strong communication skills to coordinate with emergency responders and team members effectively Join us as a Security Guard Level 3 and become an essential part of maintaining a safe, secure environment.
