AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with local authorities and site contacts when appropriate. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and key assets while maintaining a visible presence to help support site rules, access control measures, and authorized movement throughout the location. Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines, using sound judgment during patrols and incident response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Must possess one or more of the following; Minimum of three (3) years of military, law enforcement, or corrections officer experience Minimum of five (5) years of employment in an armed security role Current employment with Allied Universal with a minimum of four (5) years armed experience Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
