As a Elite Armed Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Odessa, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Elite Armed Security Officer supporting a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver's license and armed certification. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting local law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points, observe activity within assigned areas, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures. Complete required reports and maintain accurate documentation of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5 or more years of armed security-related experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
