A Security Supervisor manages overall security operations within a business. Reviews and organizes staffing levels of Security Officers to maintain full coverage of posts. Trains new officers and works with officers to develop safety plans for buildings the monitor, including lock down plans. May monitor electronic surveillance equipment.
8:00 PM•8:00 AM Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Security Shift Lead to oversee overnight security operations in Desoto, TX. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing leadership, direction, and support to on-duty security personnel. The ideal candidate is experienced, decisive under pressure, and capable of managing incidents professionally.
