As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Customer Assistance in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, parking, and perimeter areas, as assigned. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel. Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
