Day Time Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM Thur 01:00 PM - 09:00PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a chemical and petrochemical location by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records. Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns. Support compliance with site entry requirements, including applicable personal protective equipment and restricted-area access protocols, while helping to deter unauthorized activity.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
