Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform vehicle patrols in accordance with driver policy requirements, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper communication channels. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including operational areas, access points, and perimeter zones, helping to deter unauthorized activity and unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or access permissions, and support security-related screening practices in accordance with site requirements. Support incident response and preparedness efforts by maintaining awareness of potential hazards common to an industrial chemical location and following post orders during escalated events.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
