You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, local authorities, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, operational areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and support the control of restricted areas involving hazardous materials, equipment, and sensitive operations. Support incident reporting, daily activity logs, and post orders while maintaining professional presence and following all applicable armed post requirements, site rules, and Allied Universal guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
