As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Response Driver in Temple, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and Level III Armed Certification. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture through teamwork.

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, critical situations, and medical or alarm-related calls in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, loading areas, parking lots, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe customer, employee, and delivery activity for unusual conditions; report concerns according to site-specific procedures. Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations, activities, and incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
