Job Description As a Security Officer Level III Armed Patrol Driver in Temple, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and employees. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and Level III Armed Certification. Deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and represent Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe activity involving deliveries, vendors, and personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures. Prepare accurate reports and promptly communicate incidents, observations, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
