AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe activity involving deliveries, vendors, and personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures. Prepare accurate reports and promptly communicate incidents, observations, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
