We believe in proving our clients with a highly professional security experience. This means that you will be expected to perform at a much higher level than most security companies. However, in exchange for your high performance you will join a team where you will be valued, trained and respected! You will work a consistent schedule, with the occasional schedule adjustment to meet operational needs. You will be assigned to our proactive vehicle patrol team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours, if you desire. Shift will be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. each week. We are seeking someone who enjoys staying active, engaged, positively interacting with clients, and patrolling for signs of criminal activity of safety issues.Duties:
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security of the premises
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action to mitigate them
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements:
- Must have demonstrated customer service skills experience.
- Proven experience in law enforcement, security or the military is preferred, but not required
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus
- Possession of a valid TX. security certificate is required
- CPR certification is preferred
