PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established site protocols. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and vehicle entry requirements in accordance with site-specific procedures. Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for patrol activities, incidents, access-control observations, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Handcuffing certification is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. An armed guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
